MIAD Period Project

In my junior year at MIAD I noticed that MIAD no longer had any working period product dispensers- nor anywhere to get period products. I have always been extremely passionate about social justice and menstrual rights and saw this as an opportunity to create change. I brought the idea to my group and we created various social media posts, posters, and installs. This project made MIAD put free period products in all of the bathrooms after sparking the question of why they weren't ever there amongst the student body.
